Tasting Notes

Nose: Juniper, floral, cardamom up front with hints of lemongrass and citrus on the back. Very pleasant on the nose, bright, refreshing and aromatic.

Palate: Prominent mid-palate juniper and cardamom presence while citrus oils excite the side palate beautifully. Excellent floral mid-palate structure to serve as a base for mixing.

Complexity: High

Mouth Feel: Bold, refreshing and exciting

Finish: Long, lingering, satisfied finish
