The Norman Family started playing around with a 3 gallon still in their newly renovated home in the Historic Neighborhood of Fisher Park, Greensboro, NC. Three football Sundays in and they were hooked. Andrew, our Master Distiller and Bill, Executive Chef worked to master the process.

From there, the journey grew into a small, legal craft distillery in downtown Greensboro, NC. All the grain, except barley is North Carolina grown from one family farm in Union county. The grain is ground, mashed, fermented and distilled at this one location. We have barrel storage offsite for aging. Once aged, the spirits are brought back into the distillery from the rickhouse to be bottled before shipping.

You can purchase bottles here at the distillery any day of the week, including Sundays. Our spirits are also available in NC ABC stores.
